Nicholas Steno's conversion when he saw the Eucharist being processed through the streets in Italy, (2) St. Nicholas of Flue who consumed neither food nor drink but only the Eucharist for many years of his life, and (3) Servant of God Anne-Louise Lateau, who also lived many years without food or drink, living only on the Eucharist.
