Eucharistic miracle, Volterra, Italy, 1472 A.D.

Hello Everyone,

We pray for you daily. We take you and your intentions to the hands of Mary, our Virgin Mother, to be offered up to Jesus.

Our next Eucharistic miracle comes from Volterra, Italy. In 1472, during the war that broke between Volterra and Florence" "A soldier from Florence entered the Cathedral Church and immediately went to the tabernacle, from which he took the ciborium with consecrated Hosts inside, along with many sacred objects. As soon as he left the Church, taken by a very strong hatred against Jesus in the Eucharist, the soldier flung the ciborium against one of the external walls of the Church and all the Sacred Hosts came out from it, which - as if held by an invisible hand - were elevated into the air, all radiant with light. The soldier fell to the ground out of fright, and having repented, began to cry. Many were the witnesses who were present at this marvel." Did you know? The rosary may also be used to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, originally given to St. Maria Faustina, who lived during World War II in Poland (born 1905, died 1938).  Jesus told her, "Encourage souls to say the chaplet which I have given you. ... Whoever will recite it will receive great mercy at the hour of death. ... When they say this chaplet in the presence of the dying, I will stand between My Father and the dying person, not as the just Judge but as the Merciful Savior. ... Priests will recommend it to sinners as their last hope of salvation. Even if there were a sinner most hardened, if he were to recite this chaplet only once, he would receive grace from My infinite mercy. I desire to grant unimaginable graces to those souls who trust in My mercy. ... Through the Chaplet you will obtain everything, if what you ask for is compatible with My will (source: Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception of the B.V.M., Marian Press, 2012).
