Eucharistic Miracle, Poland, 2014. This next story was mentioned in the 5/6/16 issue of the U.P. Catholic. "On Christmas Day 2013, a consecrated Host fell to the floor.... Soon [after being placed in a container], red stains appeared on the host. In February 2014, a small fragment was placed on a corporal and underwent testing by various research institutes. The final medical statement by the Department of Forensic Medicine found: 'In the histopathological image, the fragments were found containing the fragmented parts of the cross striated muscle. It is most similar to the heart muscle.' Tests also determined the tissue to be of human origin, and found that it bore signs of distress."

The miracles at FATIMA, Portugal, continued. Months later Lucia, while tending the sheep during the late afternoon on a hot summer day, Francisco, and Jacinta are again visited by the angel. A brief account of what Lucia recounts follows:
The angel suddenly appears to the children once again: "What are you doing?" "Pray! Pray a great deal! The hears of Jesus and Mary have designs of mercy for you! Offer prayers and sacrifices unceasingly to the Most High!"
"But how are we to sacrifice ourselves?" Lucia said.
"Offer up everything within your power as a sacrifice to the Lord in an act of reparation for the sins by which He is offended; and of supplication for the conversion of sinners. Thus invoke peace upon your country. I am her Guardian Angel; the Angel of Portugal. Above all, accept and bear with submission the sufferings that the Lord may send you."
And the angel left them.
