Hello Everyone,
And a special hello to all of our visitors from the last 30 days - from France, Italy, Ireland, and the United States.
This next Eucharistic miracle occurred in Poland in 1931 to St. Faustina Kawalska (canonized in 2000 by St. (Pope) John Paul II): "The most recent practical link to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the devotional icon of the Lord’s Merciful love came from the Polish nun Saint Faustina Kowalska. Jesus appeared to her on February 22, 1931, with His right hand bestowing blessings and His left hand pointing towards His Sacred Heart, which emitted two rays: one pale; the other a bright red. These rays represent the Water and Blood that came out of Jesus’ pierced side while on the Cross. This symbolizes the purifying virtues of Baptism and Confession and the regenerative virtue of the Holy Eucharist."
For more please see http://www.therealpresence.org/eucharst/mir/english_pdf/Kowalska.pdf.
The above Eucharistic miracle story touches on a portion of the revelations to St. Faustina regarding the infinite depths of God's mercy being extended to everyone, most especially great sinners.
Here is one link to more on the revelations given to St. Faustina. Here you can learn a bit about Divine Mercy Sunday, when the unfathomable depths of God's mercy are opened to us. We like this link (although there are many good links), in part, because Fr. Michael Gaitley shares the message of Divine Mercy in an easy way. Divine Mercy Sunday is always the Sunday after Easter. https://www.marian.org/whatwedo/divinemercy.php
God bless you.
